Oscar Wilde: The Irish pub chain arrives in Netanya

After successful branches in Petach Tikvah and Holon, the Oscar Wilde chain has expanded and launched its third opening in Netanya. The motto of the pub? Laugh, drink, eat, rejoice and live; inspired by Oscar Wilde, the Irish playwright, poet, and writer who, in addition to being a man of the arts, was also quite a hedonist. The pub’s design was also inspired by the literary icon, who was in pursuit of everything aesthetically pleasing. His character and stories are reflected in the details of the pub, with specially imported collections from Ireland, stained glass windows, chandeliers, meticulously-designed furniture and hundreds of pictures that decorate the walls.

The music is classic rock and 80’s, combined with typical Irish music. Every week, guests can enjoy live performances, a group of Irish dancers, gifts and an authentic Irish atmosphere. Monthly whisky and beer workshops will be open to the public. Happy Hours – every day of the week, from 17:00 to 19:00 including Friday and Saturday. 1 + 1 on alcohol from the menu.

Open daily: 17:00 – last customer. 3 HaMehkar St , Cinema City Complex, Netanya. 09-9774575; www.o-w.co.il
